Literature is in danger, America lives in fear, and our commander in chief is a terrorist. Nick was an indie writer prodigy with a mouth full of venom; from a very early age he was high demand. And like most young talents after his peak success he disappeared into obscurity. He took a job at minimum wage. His Accomplice a brilliant lunatic content in drinking to excess and waking up half dead paints store front windows for a living. But as despondency grows in their lives the two decide it's time to escape reality. The two close friends decide its time for an Expatriates Holiday. They hop a flight to Mexico to drink, swear, and write the next great American novel. Over the course of seven days The Narrator and The Accomplice push their physical, social and emotional limits to look North at an old and beautiful America. From a Cancun beach they go wild trying to determine what Hemmingway meant.
